Gregory Christopher was born in Chicago, Illinois but grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana. In the year of 1989, Minister Christopher announced his calling to the Ministry under the Pastoral leadership of Pastor Lonnie Brown, at The Body of Christ Christian Church in Tacoma, Washington.
Pastor Christopher is a graduate of A.L. Hardy Academy of Theology, where he pursued and received a Doctor of Ministry, as well as a Master of Theology. The A.L. Hardy Academy is a Theological Seminary, located in Seattle, Washington. Pastor Christopher also attended Southern Community College in Shreveport, Louisiana, Central Community College in Centralia, Washington and Pierce College in Tacoma, Washington. Pastor Christopher has completed several certificates in Theology from Berean College Assemblies of God National Correspondence Institute and Emmaus Bible College.

Current Positions: Pastor Christopher is currently the Senior Pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Church, President of the Tacoma Ministerial Alliance, and an At-Large Board Member of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.
Past Positions: Past President of the North Pacific Baptist Convention, Dean of the North Pacific Baptist Convention, Moderator of the Ebenezer Baptist District Association, Dean of the Ebenezer Baptist District Association, President of Operation Christ Ministry, Youth Director of Youth for Christ-YMCA, President of the Congress of Christian Education of the North Pacific Baptist Convention, Board Member of Associated Ministries and Moderator of the Ebenezer Baptist District Association.
Pastor Christopher is currently the President of the Tacoma Branch of the NAACP. He is also a member of the Tacoma Pierce County Black Collective and Past Board Member of the Tacoma Urban League. On April 24, 2009, Pastor Christopher performed the dedication of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. & George Washington Bush Tree Dedication in Olympia, WA. On that same day, he gave the opening prayer on the Floor of the Senate in Olympia, WA.
On February 18, 1989, Gregory and Evelyn Christopher were united in holy matrimony. To this union, two families were merged as one. They are the proud parents of five (5) children, thirteen (16) grandchildren and thirteen (18) great grandchildren.
